Dear Future Husband

If you read my blog post Introducing the Face Behind the Screen then you know I am a hopeless romantic. For as long as I can remember I've always loved romcoms and romance novels. From my first celebrity crush (Corbin Bleu) to my all-time celebrity husband (Zac Efron) there's something about love that makes me warm inside. I'd read about it, write poems about it, watch movies about it but never truly had it. I am currently in a relationship and we just celebrated our 2 year anniversary on the 20th. This guy and I are high school sweethearts and I can honestly say I finally feel like I have that love I watched in movies as a little girl. Since my senior year in High School, I started to write in a journal. I got the journal with the intention of writing letters to my future husband. I started the journal in 2018 and I am still making entries in this book. My plan is to give it to my husband as a wedding gift on the day of our wedding.

Corny? I know right. I just love writing and I am way better at expressing myself on pen and paper than actually speaking. Ask anyone who knows me I am terrible at expressing myself. I don't know why but I get tongue-tied, start to cry, and no one understands me. So it is easier for me to write it all out and let you read it then we may be successful at a conversation after.

So, Dear Future Husband, if you are reading this you are one lucky guy. I've been praying for you since my senior year of High School and I've written you letters as well. I can't wait until the day we walk the aisle and I can hand you this journal.
